Predator x27 monitor Pixel issues

I have a Predator x27 gaming monitor and have had numerous challenges with it but the current issues that I am facing is that it is no longer able to display a 4K image even though it can run a 4K 144hz and when it’s set to HD purple/red dots appear around certain objects and colours.

 

Ive already had issues with this specific model of monitor as the previous one before this replacement had issues with detecting inputs and I would just like to fix this monitor as I would prefer not to go through the annoying Acer customer support again.

 

The system I use to run this monitor is an Xbox one x and my laptop both of which have 4K capabilities at 60fps.
