CPU acting weird

CPU 2700x @ 4.1ghz

 

installed new dominator platinum ram 3200mhz 

 

now 1 core on my cpu is constantly at 50%+ usage.

Literally had nothing going on. I reverted all my settings in bios and it’s back to normal. I’m big confused.

Could have been anything just using cpu. Anti virus auto scanning maybe something like that.

It's probably a background task/service most likely. How long has this been going on? Like over an hour you're still stuck on 50% usage?

After reverting everything it went down. But now goes from 10 to 20% I’m going to leave it idle for a while. See what happens.
