well thats a perfect balanced build. for psu try to get a corsair CX or better seasonic bronze.

 

and no guys the msi card is quieter than asus

i also wanted to know if there were any advantages of using a msi mobo with a msi gpu 

and can the board handle overclocking a bit???

1-none

 

2-no you need z87 mobo and K cpu,but stock is fine that i5 is strong for the years to come

i live in India and pc components here are weirdly but i wanted to know that is this congfig will work or not:-

Processor-Intel 4570 

Motherboard-MSI B85-G43 gaming motherboard

GPU-MSI gtx 760(or asus one)

please do tell me which one is better....

HDD-WD caviar blue(1tb)

RAM-8gb vengeance memory

PSU-Corsair VS550

all in Phantom 410 mid tower case

if you have any suggestions please do tell me and thank you....

Yes it will work. Regarding the graphics card, see the roundup and decide - the MSi is cooler, faster out of the box, but the Asus is quieter.

It will work and the MSI and Asus Cards are both great.

That should work seems like a solid build, as for the graphics card msi and Asus both make good cards and I doubt you will see any difference performance wise (one or two fps max), so I would probably go with the Asus card because its quieter
