I recently tried to build my own but i have a problem with cpu overheating, if it's on per saving mode the freeway drops to 2240 and the cpu temperature is usually between 40 -50 and when i switch to performance mode the frequency is about 4300  but the temp goes up around 60 and if i play a game or a heavy load it goes around 80 and if i want to do a stress test or like cinebench the system resets. I use a cooler master aio, i have a ryzen 3700x and my mb is Asus strix x570 e

Probably your fan curves are not setting well.

The pump RPM in AIO should be quite high

If you have spare thermal paste :

Remove the pump and check it it's applied everywhere, if not, clean it and repaste it with more paste this time.

Did you do a manual fan curves in the bios or is it in auto ?

It is on auto, i tried to change it in the bios but the apply button is deactive, i changed the setting using asus ai suite

But nothing changed, it takes just 3 to 4 sec after heavy load before it reaches 70 or 80 degrees

Do the fan spins ? Do you hear the pump spin ?
