Hi, I have a 5 year old PC, with an AMD Athlon 4 core @ 3.4hz, 16 gigs ram, and an Nvidia gtx 960. 

 

I want to build an all new PC that can stream with good quality and no hiccups, but im budgeted at around 1500 USD.

I found a build I want to do, but I would also like to see what other people would have opinions on as well.
