Broken display?

Hello. I have now for year my MSI MPG27CQ and this I noticed today. Its little wierd becuase it had like nother 2 layers up to this one but these are not that visible. I didnt try to fix for now but I think Its not gonna be fixible by software because this occured on my LCD TV but verticaly and that guy told me that was horizontal It would be bigger issue. I just assume this because both are LCD displays.
