Protocase Design Help?

i was wondering if somebody could possibly help edit this file to add mounting points for the PCI slots and make sure the motherboard standoff are in the right spots for an atx motherboard and possibly change the color to all jet black and make the front panel glossy red with AIRNATION DESIGN somewhere on the front panel and add mounting points on the sides for rails and maybe make sure the power button hole on the front is the right diameter for a 16mm in diameter power button if you can edit this file i would be very grateful i only ask causer i don't know how to use any cad software's as i used protocase's designer to make a rough draft if anyone can help i would be very grateful here is a file that should work with most cad software's according to protocase's and also here's an autodesk inventor file.
