Does this CPU Bottleneck?

So currently i have a Athlon II X4 630 @Stock clock of 2.8ghz. Is this cpu bottlenecking my HD7750? Thanks!

Only your gpu loads can tell..

If the gpu load is at 30% and you have reasonable frames then be happy. If you don't have reasonable frames at low gpu loads then yes. If you dont have reasonable frames at nearly its max load then its your gpu. Use something like playclaw 5 to monitor your gpu loads.
