Is this a real water cooling setup or just an aio on the card?

 

There are adapters that can plug into the card just like the stock fan(s). And you can use that to control the signal for a fan hub if you wonna plug the fans and pump into that. 
 

or use something like speedfan and plug it all into the board. Then correlate the fan speed based on gpu temp.

full watercooling, not an AIO
