And now every time when i turn on my pc I get blue screen with sad face

Is there a way i can fix it or do i need new one??

You can make a Windows boot USB and boot on that and when the window with the "Install" button there will be a smaller button down in the left corner that says "Repair PC".

Guide here.

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)
