Help me

Sumolizer

Ok so here's my story.

It all started in July 2019 when i went to upgrade my (Q6600 and GTX 650 . It was powered by a CiT 480w Power Supply and I had no problem with it). I upgraded the CPU to Q9650 and GPU to a RX560D and also the PSU to a

Cooler Master Elite Power 400w. Around 4-5 days later , There were heavy rains going in our area and our floor's (Where the PC is) Light started to Flash which i think was due to dampness. So next day while i was playing PES2020 demo with my brother . My PC restarted (Like someone plugged it out and instantly re-plugged it).I got worried as i didnt want to take any risk on my gpu.So i returned the Cooler Master Power supply to the shop where i bought it. And got a Antec High Current Gamer 520 with a overpay. All of the PSU are used as only junky units are available as box packed and over priced. Even after buying the powersupply the issue persisted.

Then i replaced my GPU with a GTX950 2gb and my mobo also. I replaced everything. The issue still persisted.

Now i have upgraded my PC to a i5 2400 but with the same PSU and GPU.

1)Can this be due to dampness in the House socket?

2)I am strongly suspecting PSU. But like 2 psu failed that's odd for me.

3)Sometime the restart does'nt even happen and sometime is happens very constantly and immediately.I mean the issue was almost gone in around november.

=========================

Edit :

I forgot to mention that PC restarts under load

Check the voltage on the wall socket and make sure the power strip / surge protector is working fine.
