Asus B450 ITX

I'm pretty sure this is the Bluetooth in my motherboard but It's in error and wont update at all. I even tried to update using the ones in Asus website. Everytime I boot up my PC it spams a notification sound every 2 seconds and never disappears, I found out this is the one causing it because when I disabled it the notifications stops. But I want to use the Bluetooth, how do I fix this?
