Microsoft Store/Windows Update Issues

So I'm trying to launch games from the Microsoft Store which are displayed as being installed, that have no option to be launched. If I try to install them again, it gives me an error. I thought this might be a problem where I needed to update Windows, and that also refuses to work. This one actually spits out diagnostic information which I have included here:

 

2019-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4530684) - Error 0x80070002

 

Being that Version 1909 is so new, there is almost no information available on Microsoft's own forums, and I have tried several troubleshooting methods to no avail. Does anybody have any ideas of what could be wrong?
