I couldn't install windows 10 for some reason when i got new motherboard cpu and ram so I decided to give it to the repair shop and they said graphics card doesn't operate when driver is installed it was working little bit like 40% with no crashes  with my old cpu ram and motherboard  and now am wondering is there a way i can fix my gpu problem or i need new one

And now every time when i turn on my pc I get blue screen with sad face

i had a similar issue on older pcs, the power supply wasn\t strong enough and it was giving me blue screens all the time, in the end the video card would fry. do you by any chance get error messages on the task bar saying something like "video driver has stopped functioning"?
