Audio + mic problems

Hope you guys can shed some light on this issue.

About some two or three weeks ago I started having issues with my audio/mic.

While playing Squad, or any game for that matter, my audio stops working while wearing headphones.

Game audio gets killed and voice comms on discord as well. What's funny is that notification sounds on discord keep working. Audio on chrome also still works (YT for example).

Leaving the voice channel on discord and joining it again makes it work again!

So I imagine my headset is not the issue? Also my mic stops working. People cannot hear me in game nor in voice comms on discord. My mic is a Samson G-Treck Pro. As for as I know this is a plug and play mic and there are no drivers that need updating? 

My headset is a Logitech G933.

Tried running some troubleshooting on Windows but no issues were found.

This seems like drivers crashing. Or you have AV which blocks audio for some reason.
