Help me again part 2

So last night I made a post asking for help with my cpu and mother board luckily somebody replied and said to update bios and do a fresh install of windows which worked. After that I went to bed waiting for my games to download I woke up and I have no video what so ever. Just a black screen. I’ve used different cables and different types of cables but nothing seems to work any advice

What cpu and rest of specs please. I wasn’t involved in previous problem so can’t help now without knowing that kind of info.

I have an intel i9 9900k and a Asus z390 e gaming motherboard

Does it work if you disconnect the gpu and connect the monitor to the motherboard?

thanks for the help guys i figured it out with another post on the forum i ended up having to reset the cmos :)
