Cloning a drive?

I recently got a Razer Edge Tablet off Amazon for 699 and The Msata is swappable. So I was wondering If I could take it out and hook up a 256 Msata and the sata from the edge into my main computer and clone it to the 256 sata so i can expand my space? Also is there any cloning programs you would recommend?
