Hello guys ,  i have tried everything and i still stutter in Fortnite and sometimes in CS GO , my  lowest fps in fortnite would drop each 1-2 min from 165 to 90 (i cap my fps to 165  because i play on 144 hz monitor)

pc specs : cpu : i7 8700  (6 cores 12 threads)

                 gpu :gtx1080 8 GB vram

                 ram: 2x8GB  2666 mhz (xmp enabled) (16-18-18-39)

  motherboard: ASRock H310M-G/M.2

Storage: 500 GB HDD , 500 GB SSD (everything is installed in SSD , HDD is empty)

              PSU  : 650 W

           Monitor : BenqXL2411 , 144 hz

all Drivers up to dated , tried 4 different nvidia drivers.enabled xmp in bios , disabled Hypperthreading technology.  tried those cmd commands useplatformclock No useplatformtick Yes disabledynamictick Yes. i'm on windows 10 pro version 1909  - 64 bit.

adjust Nvidia control panel for best  performance . power plan is on high performance. tried set priority on cpu usage for fortnite on high  then changed it back to normal. all my pc temps are decent . and i still get those micro stutters each 1-2 min  if  anyone could help me it would be much appreciated thanks.
