Help building new gaming pc

Hello I would like to build new gaming pc with cost of up to £3k so I was thinking about. 

Aorus z390 ultra motherboard 

Aorus rtx 2080 ti extreme waterforce

Corsair dominator platinum 2x16gb 3200Mhz

Samsung 970evo ssd 1tb

Corsair 1000w power suply

And

Aorus liquid cooler 360

 

I would put all of this in sahara P75 case

what cpu ?  I'd save money for same performance and get a 3700x and x570 mobo.  Then I'd get one NVMe to store games on...one NVMe to store OS & apps.

Oh yeah well not sure Intel I9 9900k or I9 9900ks

Aorus ultra here is just the Pro Wifi with a bit more RGB and an extra M.2 slot, may want to spend a bit less on it

 

Not even 3600MHz CL16/17 memory? That's the bottom line for me when you're spending this much already, if not the 4000MHz+ stuff

You see that's why I came here for help. So which brand of ram you would suggest?

I dont have any brand preference, anyone who sells the cheapest high-speed kit is the one I prefer. I dont care about RGB or looks.
