We can't help you with troubleshooting because you haven't given us any details at all about the computer itself, let alone details of what you've tried and what the card is and anything else. There's literally no way we can help you besides telling you to return the card.

Help us help you, give more details, a lot more

here is a basic list of things you can try.

replug all the cables.

CPU power

MoBo 24pin

GPU

check if the power switch cable is connected to the right pins

turn on the psu switch

reinstall just 1 stick of ram - try different slots

check if the cpu is installed correctly

if everything fails try booting out side of the case - take everything out and reassemble on the motherboard box.

GPU drivers giving you a hard time? Try this! (DDU)
