Basic rigs in a budget

I need to build 2 PC's each under USD 600 not including monitor and peripherals.

The workload is going to be 3D modeling with fusion 360 and and some work in Unity.

16 gigs of RAM and 256 gig SSD.

 

Any recommendations for the motherboard,  processor and graphics cards?
