New Build... random black screen

Hey everyone, so I just finished my new build and everything was going great for a week but now I keep getting random black screen when I am playing a game or just on the internet. I'm running ryzen 3600x, msi b450 tomahawk MAX, Gigabyte radon 5700, 2x 8gb viper ram, seasonic 620w PSU and windows 10 pro 64bit with a AOC 144hz monitor. I have downloaded all the drivers and updates the bios. What could be causeing it? Sometimes it doesnt even show anything when I boot the pc up. I am also witnessing screen flicker when I have the free sync on (both the GPU and monitor).

How’s the temps on cpu and gpu?

The temps are running normal, gpu 55 degrees idle and max 67 under load, cpu 35 at idle and I think 45-50 under load

I dont think it's the temps, maybe the power? It seems to do the same thing also when I use the motherboard hdmi input.
