If you are getting a GPU then buy a better CPU.

I've never used that RAM before, you might want to check that it's compatible with the MOBO.

Yeah i went over it the ram works with the motherboard. Also why would i need a better cpu

For the money it is a better CPU, unless you need the IGPU in the 3400G.

I already have the cpu so should i just stick with it because im not looking to do any hard core games. Mostly just stream on twitch and minecraft. But i dont know if my mobo supports my cpu

It does support it. 

If you already bought it then you can keep it, but just realize it is a 4 core 8 thread CPU and for the same money the 2700 is an 8 core 16 thread.

Like I Said before, since you are buying the 1650, you don't need the IGPU in the 3400G and teh 2700 or 3600 if you can stretch to buy that, are better purchases.
