nothing about coil whine is damaging, it's just really annoying

Hi!

I bought a Palit gamerock rtx 2070 super today. But I have a problem whenever I go into Beamng.drive my psu starts to coil whine and its really loud. And also it gets even louder if I turn on reflections also reflections look odd. They are just red or green no other color looks really weird. Also on camera isnt that loud. Can this be a sign that the psu is bad or that I dont have enough watts?

specs:

cpu: i5-6600k

ram: 2x8gb ddr4 3000mhz gskill aegis (running at 2133mhz)

it's normally a thing mostly on double forwards rather than ACRF, like what your pure power 11 here is, but still more likely than on llc's

coil whining just means you overloaded the transformer, which shouldn't cause damage, let alone these kinds of things
