Cooler Master ARGB small controller software

Hey gang,

 

So i got 3 new RGB fans for Xmas and when I try to use the software to manage the LED light it doesn't work. I have an ASRock b450m pro4 mother board. 

here is a link on how I have it all setup 

I tried doing the research with no luck..

 

Please if anyone can help I would really appropriate it 

 

I even wrote to Cooler Master tech support the asked me to flash it and that didn't work the error I got was 

 

 

The LED and the fans work I can change the colors with the mini controller but it's the software that doesn't.......

anything rgb coolermsater is broken so just get your money back
