graphics card I NEEE HELP

PLEASE HELP! I just spent a pretty penny on a brand new XFX Radeon RX580 8gb, it was working fine, but I took it out to clean my pc (with an air duster) and now it wont display an image, my pc will still post and boot into windows with my other gpu installed and in device manager it says my rx580 is working fine, I've checked everything I can and it just wont show an image, I've only tried through the hdmi port tho because I dont have a monitor that supports display port inputs, if someone could diagnose my issue it would help me tons.

CPU: AMD FX 8350

RAM: 8gb g.skill ripjawx (4Gx1)

Mobo: gigabyte ga-970a-ds3p

Try reseating the card in the PCIe slot, if you haven't already.

Did you tried different hdmi port on the card?

Did you tried clearing cmos?

Did you tried using different pcie slot?

Did you tried running it through igpu and ddu drivers?

If not try this methods first.
