So I got a ryzen 3900x, an asus prime 570x-p, gtx 1070, corsair ddr4 ram. and a corsair fully modular psu. I was going to upgrade my prebuilt cyberpower pc by changing the motherboard, cpu, pcu, but when i put together the new parts it wouldn't post. I followed all the checklists, tried the old pcu, tried different ram sticks, nothing worked. I also followed the checklist and everything was fine, but still no boot. So I just assumed the mobo was DOA. I tried putting the old system back in and it has a msi h110 motherboard, i7 6700, and no post again. Tried both pcus, different ram sticks, all my connectors multiple times. Ive spent 6 hours in one sitting trying to figure it out,  yet the same issue.

Things to note:

Ive tried it on 2 monitors

On the Msi motherboard, it shows up as ez debug dram and has a red light that doesnt flash or change colors.

All my case fans, and cpu fan, lit up (rgb) and were spinning, and so was my hdd.

When id disconnect the HDMI cable, it would say no cable connected, but when i connected it back it would say no signal. (orange light).

The HDMI works as i tried it on a ps4.

All components from my Ryzen build are brand new.

The original prebuilt is from cyberpower pc
