Low Profile Gaming

I am looking to run stacked computers for various uses. one is the house server, another is going to be my gaming pc. Kind of like linus has for him and his wife, just not in another room. I am looking for something low profile in either 1-2 card config for 4k gaming with highest capability. Prefer to spend around or less than a rtx 2080 super. Any suggestion.

current set up is about the size of my dining room table and looking to move to rack mounted chassis, either a 2u or 3u height.

oh right water cooling is an option. I have even used obscure parts in my current rig. which is a AMD R5 2600 with 24GB 2133 ram, amd r9-390x, 2x m.2 drive, gigabyte auros b450 pro wifi, xfx 850w psu.

Wait, do you mean a single-slot card? Basically anything will work with a waterblock on it, and even if you did fine a single-slot 2080 or whatever it would run hot and loud.

i do see a lp 1650 but im looking for 4k gaming.
