CPU bottleneck tips?

Specs:

Ryzen 3 2200G 

2x4GB Memory @ 2400MHz

GTX 1660 Super

 

As you can see, I'm CPU bottlenecked. 

 

To reduce stuttering in games, I have set maximum pre-rendered frames = 1 (this is now called "low latency mode").

• Should I enable V-sync with this?
• Should this be set to "global" or program specific?

I have also increased resolution scaling in-game.

 

Is there anything else I can do?

Reduce CPU intensive setting in games, I guess 

 

I'd upgrade to a 1600, 2600, or 3600 if you could swing it.

 

4/4 is rough these days and you aren't getting anything out of that G

Yeah I plan to, but I have only just upgraded my GPU. So I'll try to live with it for the time being.
