Need help finding a case

Hello, first time posting here. 

 

As the title say's i need help finding a case, my current case is a corsair crystal 280x matx, I'm wanting to go back to a mid tower, currently I have 5 corsair LL120 fans and an EVGA 280mm aio liquid cooler, I'm wanting to bring all my cooling with me but I can't seem to find a case that can have 5 120mm fans and a 280mm aio slammed into it. I would like something with tempered glass and to be somewhat minimalist if anybody has anything in mind please I could really use the guidance! thank you!

The problem is doing that in a mid tower.  Too many fan holes.  With a full tower it’s easy.  If you didn’t want a clear side panel you could get a cheap case with side panel airflow.

 

with a mid tower though the fans sort of make an inverted j shape across the front and top of the case.  a Double wide cube case might work.  They’re not really mid tower either though. There’s just too much real estate taken by those fans.  Bigger case, or no glass side panel. .

hmm, okay well the lian li xl keeps popping up, would be a project to get it where I want it to be but would you say that case would be a worthy contender or would you happen to have insight on another case potentially?

Hmm.  I’m not a good chooser for this one.  I’m a cheap bastard and I don’t like rgb much so my personal preference would to be to go with the side panel air option.  I want my case to be black, sit in the corner, and not make noise or in any other way attract my attention.  I think i spent more on silenx and enermax fans than I did on my case.  Probably not what you want at all.

 

i could look I guess.  What front panel stuff you want?

All good everyone's got there preferences, I don't have too much of a preference just as much viewing as possible i suppose which is why that lian li xl has just been in my face over the last 3 days stressing me out

Hmm.  Maximum viewing.  If you want literally as much viewing as possible maybe a bench system?  They use almost no fans at all because it’s just a raised plate.  The machine sits in the open air.

Fair enough, I'll have to ponder on this some more as much as I want a conclusion right now I'll ultimately need to think it through one way or another, I can keep you posted if you"d like
