Well I am new on this forum and no I am not a robot, as someone might suggest. I am currently mining on hashcows and middlecoin. I am running into a heat issues on my 4x 280x rig right now, for example I am able to raise the temp of any room it lives in. Open windows to freezing cold are nice right now, but jack frost will fly off soon. So my main rig is underwater already and I am remembering back to the early days of water cooling. When heater cores and garden pumps were all that was available for the water cooling hobby. I was wondering if anyone had a good idea on how to beat the summer heat.

my prediction is we will not see as strong hashes as we have been seeing because of natural seasonal changes.

Summer? SUMMER IS COMING? I still have 4 months to wade through 2 feet of snow.

Life is pain. Anyone who says any different is either selling something or the government.

Box fans, open case, and fans infront of the cards.

If you want to get fancy, if you have a good fridge you could make a chilled air box with a few fans, large diameter tubing or plastic gutter piping, a Styrofoam cooler, and a steady stream of freezer ice.

Get a cooler for that room. Set that cooler to make the room 60f

The only real options is artificial cooling like this. But then people need to make sure they are taking into account their new increased electricity costs. Maybe cold climates with cheap eletricity will always have a competitive advantage in crypto mining.
