Looking for advice

I’m looking it to getting a gaming monitor for around $200-$250 usd and I’m lost. The stats I want are at least 2ms respondents time 144hz 1080p and 30” screen. I’m useing it to play on my ps4, however I’m in the process of saving up for a pc (i9-9900k 2070 super). I don’t know anything about monitors, I don’t want a tn panel tbh I’m sitting about 5 feet away and at a small angle so tn panels are not ideal for my use. I also don’t want it to seem cheep compared to my pc I’m building (even tho it’s going to be a second monitor) any recommendation?

For a second monitor why would you want 144hz unless you’re doing multiple monitor gaming

It’s going to be my primary for my ps4 for now and for the first wile after I build my pc.
