RX 580 help

I have a Aorus RX 580 8GB gpu and It has worked flawlessly for the past 2 weeks or so. 

I had it connected to my 4k LG TV via HDMI and no issues... until now. 

 

While the HDMI was connected, I thought, hey lets add a side display via DVI. So I connected a DVI cable to the DVI port and the display shut down.

Black screen, fans are running at 100% and no display.

 

I have tried applying new thermal paste. I have tried all 3 ports on my mobo. Nothing is working. 

 

Any help is appreciated. The RGB logo is still working and is colour cycling like usual. 

 

The device manager is not detecting the GPU either.

16 GB RAM DDR4

Corsair 650W PSU

Did you shut off the computer before connecting the DVI cable?
