Logitech G430 and Software

I have had a G430 for a long time and everything was working fine. I got on my computer the other day and was going to turn up the bass slider in the "logitech gaming software". None of my EQ sliders nore Surround sound settings change the sound. Anyone have any idea? I have tried changing ports and nothing.
