Mac OS Emulation (Windows)

It's the following guys, I'm trying to run os x 10.3 in windows using the latest pearpc version used the cfg file in the bottom but when I run ppc "Name of the cfg", the following error appears: enumerating tap devices,error opening registry key could not locate any installed tap devices. Can you help (if you know better power pc emulators for windows please tell me)
