Hi, I've been trying for the last few weeks to underclock my GTX 970 GPU but to no luck. MSI Afterburner doesn't want to open the "CTRL+F" screen and the option to lower the voltage is not working at all, I can only increase it in 12mv steps. I'm using the latest Nvidia Drivers and the latest stable build of MSI AfterBurner. I have checked the "low level I-O" , kernel acces mode, unlock voltage and monitoring control.

My GPU is a GTX 970 Asus Strix OC Direct Cu II   (STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5)

MSI Afterburner frequency curve only works for GTX 1000 series and newer. There is no way to have direct control to undervolt Maxwell GPUs.
