My first custom loop!

Okay im building my gaming pc. And i ordered the asus maximus formula! I know it comes with the vrm blocks already installed. I just need some help picking the fitting and i decided to cool my i9 9900kf. I hope you guys will be easy on me. Its my first waterloop ever and when i go to the ek website i get lost on what parts i should get. I have corsair 570x so im not sure what works and what not. Can somebody kindly enough to provide the exacty parts i need for the waterloop? Im not cooling the gpu only cpu and vrm. The vrm blocks already there. But of course i need fittings and radiators and i dont know what.

Well ekwb has a configuration tool. 

Could try that. 

 

I believe that case can take a 360 and 240. So depending on the choice, that will determine what thickness the rads can be. 

 

Then youll need a pump/res or a combo of the two. And a way to mount it. They offer 120mm mounts that go on a rad or fan. 

 

Then normally 2 fittings per component. 

Fittings depend on hose type as well as size. 

 

Then if you want to add a drain valve, you’ll need one of those and a way to add it to the loop. A male to male swivel fitting and a T fitting would help with that. Additional fittings may be needed depending on where it’s installed. 

 

Do you have a budget for part selection and preferred parts?

Have you googled pics of the case with loops or watched any of the millions of videos on it? Could give you an idea of parts you want and the style.
