I've already hit my budget which is around 1500 and i'm mostly play games like CSGO and fortnite

This is all you'll need. A 5700 XT will do perfectly fine for 1080p 144hz

Back when the 3000 ryzen chips came out, B450 boards didn't support them out of the box and would need a bios update. The MSI MAX motherboards have out of the box support now so theres no worries in that department

 

The rest you shouldnt have to worry about
