Water Cooling Parts Recomendations

I'm looking at water cooling my PC. I have the Asus Crosshair VII wifi, so I was looking at using the EKWB monoblock for that board. I want to do a straight tubing build with fittings instead of bends. I currently have a Ryzen 2700x and a Zotac dual fan/dual slot 2080Ti, which I believe uses the reference board design. My case is the Phanteks Evolv X. It came with 3x 140 mm fans that are supposedly optimized for static pressure, and are fairly quiet as well.  For tubing, I've been considering satin finish tubing.

Here are my questions:

1: What size radiator should I get, a 280 or a 420 and use the included fans with my case? Or should I get a 240/360 and some other fans like Noctua?

2: What brand and size of fittings would you recommend?

3: Does anybody have experience building in this case, and if so, how easy is it to route tubing to the stock fill/drain port locations?

4: GPU block suggestions? I don't like the look of Corsairs block, other than that I haven't decided which one I like the best.

5: What pump/res combo do you think would look good in a build in this case with potentially satin finish tubing?

Feel free to answer any or all of the questions and thanks in advance!

1: I like to get the largest radiator that will fit in the case with good quality fans on them meaning pressure optimized ones.

2: Bitspower are from what I come across as the go to fittings. Remember by using fittings instead of bending tubing your cost of your loop is going to go up quite a bit.

3: Sorry I don't have experience with the stock drain and fill ports but just because they're there you aren't forced to use them.

4: I like EK blocks. Use their configurator on their site to see if your gpu is listed in their compatibility. If in doubt their customer support staff are helpful. (used them when selecting a block for my 2080Ti)
