USB xhCI compliant host controller error ( code 10 )

In device manager it shows that the device wont start An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function. but all usb 3.0 / 2.0 ports work not sure whats wrong but it appears all the drivers are up to date and when I plug too many usb devices in all the usb devices start disconnecting for short periods of time randomly. I did already unplug and plug my computer back in

 

Mobo: Gigabyte x470 Ultra Gaming

PSU: Evga supernova 1000 g3
