Fans spinning black screen

Hello i turned on my pc was on for like 1 hour 10min and it froze so i turned it off and on again but no output on screen.

Fans are spinning leds are on everything is working fine besides video output i checked cables everything is plugged and ok i dont know what to do is 1am

Try a different display cable, monitor, and display output; if that doesn't work do another graphics card if you can. That's all the ideas I have, good luck man.
