PSU? Power Supply?

On the first picture is a computer power supply, ATX form factor.

On the second is... what? Some board with a bunch of capacitors, a 24-pin ATX plug maybe and two different kinds of 4-pin power connectors. Not sure where that came from and why you're asking about it. :D
