Ram Detection Issue

sniderx21

So some time ago, I noticed that only 4gb out of my 8gb of ram worked. I tried to troubleshoot at the time but I couldn't do anything. Last week I found a solution. I changed the voltage for my ram from "Auto" to 1.5V and 8gb of ram appeared on the bios. It looks like this.

The problem is that windows still recognize only 4gb( here)

I installed the latest version of Windows 10 on a new drive but that didn't do anything.

The weirdest thing happened when I opened Speccy on the newly installed Windows, where I got THIS.

The dims are placed correctly for dual channel.

What is going? I'm really confused right now

Does the RAM tab in Task Manager show a chunk of Hardware Reserved RAM, perhaps even 4GB of it?
