Southbridge overheating

Hello i would like you ask you guys if you have any idea why my southbridge? is overheating it runs 60C on idle and it is really hot to touch, i already have removed old thermal paste and put a new on, still ~60C 

cpu temp 35-40 idle, 55-60 while running cinebench r15

 

i7-3770, 16gb 1600mhz ddr3, asus p8h61

If its not shutting down or causing any issues there is nothing wrong with it.

This isnt overheating.......

 

Its a perfectly normal temperature.
