I have a pre-built G3 710. It's specs are; i7 7700 @3.6ghz, 500 watt PSU, GTX 1070 8gb, 1tb HDD, 256gb SSD, 16gb DDR4. Not sure about the model of the Motherboard but you can find the whole computer on Acer's site. But on to the actual question. I was looking to upgrade my PSU from 500 watts to 750 watts for a 2070 Super I am getting (Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 Super Aorus) but I get a headache finding compatible PSU's (even if it is quite easy) so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this. All I need is for someone to help me find a 750 watt PSU which is compatible with my G3 710 but of course instead of the GTX 1070 use the RTX 2070 super as the compatible GPU. Also on a side note. I am 99% sure that the 2070 super is compatible with my current parts (Remember that the PSU has to be compatible with the 2070 super and not the 1070). But if someone see's that it isn't than please tell me. I am sorry if this is a waste of time but I really need some help on this.

From pictures I can find of the Acer G3 710 it appears to be using a standard ATX power supply with 24pin motherboard connector. This means you shouldn't have any issues replacing the power supply.

Can you take a photo of the label on the power supply and post here so I can see which model it is?
Does your current power supply have a single PCIe 6+2pin connector for the graphics card or does it have two?

You won't need a 750W power supply for a RTX2070 Super. It does require 2 PCIe connectors though which your current power supply may not have. A decent 550W power supply should be enough for your system.

The other thing you need to consider is whether or not the case can fit the new graphics card. The Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Aorus is 290mm long and may not fit in your case. From the pictures it looks like the HDD cage may block longer graphics cards.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Ok, I will try to put through an image a bit later (Busy because of Christmas). Also on the HDD cage my one in the case is placed much higher than the GPU. The only thing in the way are a few cords from my PSU which I can move out of the way. Edit: Also if it really isn't compatible would you recommend a different 2070 super model?

Edit 2: Alright here is the label. I looked in to my pc and it did have a 24 pin motherboard connector. And yes, it only has a single 6+2pin connector (At least there was only one plugged in to the GPU, there could of been another hidden from my view).
