Bigger issue

Hello. So I finally got my Beyerdynamic MMX300 Mk.2 but issue is I can not adjust my mikrofone at all. I had it working like 2 times but every time I was the worst quality. Like some mic for 5 bucks. It picked all sound around me even sound wich I dont hear myself. I know I need to but dac/amp combo but still I should work normaly. For sound from headphones itself It just fine. Edit: Tried other headphones wich are are on 3.5mm jacks they worked and mic was picked up.
