black screen, bios bricked

Hello

 

I have an old HP 280 G1 MT Business PC and i tried to update the bios after an ssd upgrade and installing windows 10. After bios upgrade pc restarted and never turn on again. I only get black screen and sometimes  get 8 beeps or even 2x8 beeps. I already tried removing battery/changing jumpers positions and even tried to use a ps/2 keyboard with an active usb adapter. In all situation nothing happened. I cant try the "windows+b/v" since none of the keyboards are recognized.

 

Is there any way to fix this problem?

already tried removing motherboard battery, removing cd drive removing disks etc
