RX 580 Vulkan issues

As you may know, the Cemu 1.16.0 version was released on Friday with the addition of the Vulkan api. Previously, I would use the Vulkan api in all games and emulators that supported it however it now no longer works. Cemu launched into Mario Kart 8 initially but not a second time. I thought it could be my drivers or just the new release causing issues. I tested Wolfenstein 2 and Dolphin Emulator to be sure and yet, neither worked when they previously did. I then dialled back by drivers from Radeon Adrenaline 2020 19.12.3 to 19.12.2 and nothing changed. This was despite Wolfenstein and Dolphin working previously. I have since reistalled my drivers and have seen no improvement. What do i do? I need help.
