do you play games a lot?

then send more on gpu

 

or do you do animation or 3d graphics and stuff?

then go more on ram

 

or if just go for better keyboard and mouse or better monitor

Try to go for ryzen 1600/2600 with a second hand rx 570

I know that pc parts are not cheap in India. I'll recommend you to get something used.

For example - you can get a rx570 for around Rs 6000 from AliExpress, Ryzen 5 1400 for around Rs 4000.
