Cloud storage and file sharing

I've been using a site called Bayfiles.com to store and share some files. Is this a safe site to do this.

How do you mean "safe"? Sites like bayfiles.com are fine for one-off hosting, but don't allow fine control over the data. Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox let you manually create sharing links that ONLY work for the intended recipient, minimizing the file being downloaded by the wrong person.

Safe, as in nobody accessing the files. It's for sharing files that are to large to email or jus to store them as the limit is 100gb and it's easier than Google Drive.
