Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

How do you mean "safe"? Sites like bayfiles.com are fine for one-off hosting, but don't allow fine control over the data. Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox let you manually create sharing links that ONLY work for the intended recipient, minimizing the file being downloaded by the wrong person.
